Instance object
This is one very cool object and spectacular effects can be achieved with it. The Instance object looks back at previous frames and applies this information to duplicates of a reference object. In effect a tail is created. The third tutorial that comes with MoGraph uses the Instance object. See this animation further on in the review.
The fun really starts when you make duplicates of the instance object as I did in the animation above with 2 instances animated with a vibrate expression. Another cool thing that you can do is drag the Instance object around and use the Cappacino tool to record its position. You'll see the tail effect whilst recording the animation.
I had so much fun with this effector that I had to include a second animation. Members may recall the Cafe's Background feedback tutorial where a C.O.F.F.E.E. script was used to copy the previously rendered frame on to the background object. In this animation a similar effect was created and much more easily.
